Recording

You can easily record a session whether it is a Room, Meeting or Webinar. Each recording is stored in your account, where you can play or download the recording. Use the delete function to free up more space if you find you are running low on storage.

How to record a meeting or webinar

  • Go to app.hapony.com and log in to your account.

  • Start a room, meeting or webinar

  • Click "Record"

  • When the recording begins, you'll notice red text that says "Rec"

  • To end the recording, click "Stop Recording"

How to access your recordings

All recordings will appear after a session has finished - if the session is long, say 1hr+ then please allow a few minutes for the recording to process and appear in your account centre.

You can access recordings in two ways:

1. Directly from the side bar

2. Via the session settings

  • Navigate to the session settings on the dashboard by clicking on it in the side panel (Room, Meeting or Webinar).

What can you do with your recording?

  • On the session listing page, hover over the meeting and click the three dots on the right hand side.

  • Here you can Play, Download, Rename or Delete your recordings.

Managing Storage

Each plan has a drive with a set amount of storage used for all recordings and content that you upload to the content library. To check your storage drive go to Settings > Plans. If you need more storage you can upgrade easily, or contact us via chat to discuss options.
