The easiest way for the host to join a webinar is from your account centre by selecting 'join now'.
As a host you can join a Webinar at any time before the event, in case of running rehearsals and inviting speakers to conduct onboarding and technical tests.
Attendees will not join the Webinar until the host admits them from the waiting room.
